A multinational manufacturing company partnered with Constructiv to deliver a fully turnkey server room at their 7.5 million square foot gigafactory in Texas. This critical infrastructure project required Constructiv’s expertise in managing every phase—from design through commissioning—to ensure a high-performance, cooled, and power-protected environment that would support factory-wide IT operations.
Scope of Work
Constructiv was responsible for the complete planning, design, procurement, and installation of all supporting systems. The new server room includes 20 server cabinets with hot-aisle containment and built-in capacity for 20 additional cabinets, offering flexibility for future expansion.
All essential components—power, cooling, containment, racks, power distribution, and cable tray systems—were included in the scope, with Constructiv managing all design integration and system performance requirements.
