This multinational manufacturing company engaged Constructiv to deliver a turnkey solution for a complete server room build at their gigafactory in Texas. The work required the expertise of a skilled team to actualize and manage the design and installation of all components to ensure the room was fully functional, cooled, and power protected.

The scope of work included the planning, design, procurement, and installation of all support systems. Our team provided a complete turnkey solution for power, cooling, racks, containment, power distribution, and cable trays. The new server room features 20 server cabinets with hot-aisle containment, and room for another 20 future cabinets. This critical space also provides IT support to the entire 7.5 million SF factory.
