Joe Culbertson
Joe Culbertson is a senior program manager with extensive experience in the data center design and construction industry. Over the span of his career, he has worked for several prominent design and construction companies, including leading the mission critical practice at Carlson as their Senior Vice President and Senior Program Manager. In addition, Joe has worked for clients such as Verizon, Union Bank, Chevron, and Facebook. At Facebook, he managed a team of 20 estimators and data analysts who budgeted and negotiated approximately $17.5 billion in new data center builds.
