Malorie Carlo brings eight years of HR experience to the Constructiv team, having started her career in the financial sector at a credit union before transitioning to the manufacturing industry as an HR Generalist. She joined Constructiv in 2025 and stepped into the HR Manager role the following year, where she now manages the company's day-to-day HR functions, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and talent management. Malorie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Bakersfield.
