This 100,000-square-foot, 6MW data center renovation in Miami delivered a full retrofit and fit-out of a 25-year-old mission critical facility. The objective was to modernize and fully equip an aging data center to meet both current and future operational demands: a complete retrofit and fit-out across 100,000 square feet of critical space, culminating in 6MW of total IT capacity at completion. Rather than pursue a ground-up replacement, the project extended the operational life of an existing asset, upgrading its power, cooling, and infrastructure systems to modern standards while avoiding the cost, schedule, and disruption a new build would require.
