Michael Hartke, LEED AP
Michael Hartke oversees and manages complex data center and MEP-focused mission critical retrofit projects. His construction management experience is comprised of developing capital budgets and funding memorandums that include scope, cost estimates and schedule detail.
During the construction process, Michael works alongside our team to manage the day-to-day construction operations of projects. He leads the coordination between architects, engineers, general contractors, specialty trade contractors as well as Data Center Operations, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), and end users.
Michael is a General Contractor in Arizona and California and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
