Our team advances knowledge from delivering over 50 million square feet of data center and over 1,000MW of critical power delivered. Our strength stems from our vast experience as a technical engineer and constructor working in active operating facilities. We take this experience a step further and apply our Technical Engineering and Construction (TEC) Methodology.

TEC utilizes customized toolsets that leverage and document prior understanding and experience for continual application with new information and technologies. This allows us to leverage our entire portfolio of work for a greater context resulting in solutions that deliver better outcomes for our clients. Safety is a Priority

We continuously emphasize the importance of communication and respect among our staff, third-party consultants, subcontractors, as well as customers. We believe that communication and respect leads to a collaborative environment where team members excel, resulting in successful project delivery. We also take pride in holding ourselves accountable. Every team member has an important job to do, and we take corrective actions when a team member does not perform at the level required. Our projects are not overstaffed, so we require everyone to embrace their work, engage and be productive.

Safety is always the highest priority on our job sites. We never risk the safety of human life for any reason! Our team members undergo frequent safety training. Our safety record proves that doing a job safely does not impact performance. From the board room to the job site--collaboration, accountability and safety are the foundations of our culture.

Negotiated design/build projects are not exactly typical in the data center business, but when we reinforce the groundwork of our culture, thriving projects are achieved.
