Cato Johnson began his career as a consulting mechanical engineer specializing in critical 7x24 facilities and has taken his experience to program management of data center projects. Over the last 20 years, his focus has been on the design and construction of critical facilities. He has either managed directly or indirectly the construction of numerous mission critical projects throughout the country ranging in size and criticality level.
Cato is well versed in central critical facility project attributes such as MEP/FP systems, aggressive scheduling, complex phasing, and cost control through value engineering. He is also expert at maintaining the continuous operations of existing equipment throughout the construction process via Critical Facilities Work Authorization (CFWA) and Method of Procedure (MOP) processes.
Cato has successfully delivered complex data center projects for high-profile organizations such as Southern California Edison and Verizon Wireless. His engineering background along with his comprehensive knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical construction management is a proven asset to clients.
