The Constructiv team provided turnkey engineering and construction delivery of various infrastructure projects supporting this large healthcare campus in Newport Beach, California. These projects included the renovation of the central chilled water plant. The plant upgrade involved the modification and addition of three, 1,000-ton and two, 600-ton centrifugal chillers along with modification and energy improvements to the campus wide chiller water loop. All of the work was performed without downtime to the hospital and under the regulations required by OSHPD.

Additional projects at the Hoag campus included: COGEN Cooling Tower Expansion; PEDLink Fiber Optic Cable Installation; PACU Re-Roof and Roof Access Bridges; and the Fire Pump Enclosure Relocation project.
