Russell Avolio is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a diverse background covering the data center, healthcare, finance, construction, and IT industries. His most recent project assignment was managing a national Capital Improvements Program. The program ran across a large spectrum of business segments focused on the renovation of active critical infrastructure within the U.S. portfolio of data centers for a global provider of data center colocation and interconnection solutions. Prior experience to Constructiv includes performing as the assistant director of site wide engineering operations at the Port Authority of NY/NJ and at the 17-acre World Trade Center.
