Russell Avolio is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a diverse background covering the data center, healthcare, finance, construction, and IT industries. Currently he is managing a major national Capital Improvements Program for Constructiv. The program, which runs across a large spectrum of business segments focuses on the renovation of active critical infrastructure within the client’s portfolio of data centers. Prior experience to Constructiv includes performing as the Assistant Director of Site Wide Engineering Operations at the Port Authority of NY/NJ and at the 17-acre World Trade Center.
